Hi Mailk,
Same issue was there before couple of years ago for india maps, now its been added to the dashboard map list. In this case i request you make some workaround to satisfy your requirement.
Either it can be done through some flex component or you can download the Saudi Arabia map structure from the Google and use the push button to display your data.
Please go through the below link, which had the issue for india map earlier.
Also please delete the duplicated thread.
