retro date setting problem

Hi All

I tried  to set the Earliest personnel retro as 01.01.2015 in 0003 infotype. but system is running retro from 01.03.2014. and throwing the following message,

retro accounting date set by the system 01.03.2014 is before the person. earliest retro.

where I have set personnel retro as 01.01.2015. in 3 infotype.

I have tried deleting payroll results using pu01 and set the retro date as 01.01.2015 in 3 infotype. still it is throwing the above message.

plz dont give any link, I have tried all those.

plz help me what I can do, to make it to run from 01.01.2015 instead of 01.03.2014.
